Runway Information

KCRC Staff

image The R/C flying field is across the road from the Soccer Field on Rennau Dr. We have a 40' x 500' asphalt runway and a 40'x500' adjacent grass runway. The runway runs north and south. Be prepared to fly in a crosswind. Other features include concrete startup pads in the pit area, plenty of shade trees and a spacious shelter house. There are also bleachers for many spectators this fun hobby can attract.

About our Members

KCRC Staff

image The best thing we have is a group of really good hearted members who are always willing to help out someone new to the hobby. We have several designated trainers and we presently have a club trainer plane and radio outfit for those who want to try their hand at it before investing the money. Once they try, they're hooked on R/C model airplane flying.
